Maggie was one of three Point Foundation scholars awarded a scholarship for an internship from The Point Foundation and The Palette Fund in 2012 for her work at Green Chimneys, center for LGBT homeless youth. She was awarded the same scholarship in 2013 for her work on Not Just Another Coming Out Story.

Maggie was accepted into the Interdisciplinary Arts Program at Goddard College and is set to graduate with a Masters of Fine Arts in 2014. Maggie was a two-time recipient of the Evalee C. Schwarz Charitable Trust for Education award towards her schooling at Goddard College in 2011/2012. Maggie was awarded a scholarship from the The George Heller Memorial Scholarship Fund of the Aftra Foundation towards her schooling at Goddard College in 2010/2011. |
